WHERE DOES ALPHALABS SHIP TO?
Alphalabs ships SARMs and Peptides all over the world. Many of these countries include, but are not limited to, the countires listed below. These are a list of countries we have successfully shipped to. If you do not see your country in this list and would like to place an order please contact us first.

How long will it take to recieve my order?
Once an order is placed and processed (payment is received), it will ship within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update. If a product is out of stock or back-ordered causing a delay, an email will be sent when the order is ready to ship.
Estimated time of arrival for orders shipped within the USA is 3-7 business days due to postal carrier delays that are out of our control.
International shipping varies. Please note that once your order has shipped from our facility, we have no control over any type of delays, so we are unable to guarantee the exact time of arrival. Please be patient as orders can take time to clear customs. In the rare event of a customs seizure Alphalabs cannot be held responsible.
My package is held at customs, does that mean my package has been confiscated?
Customs often has processing times. It can take a few days to a few weeks in some instances for customs to release a package. Unfortunately, this is outside of our control. You will receive a letter if the package wasn’t cleared at customs.
What happens if my package is confiscated by customs?
Customers are required to know the laws, regulations, and restrictions of their location. All sales are final, however under special circumstances we may agree to reship for a shipping and handling fee.
I did not receive my package and tracking has stopped.
This status might take 2-3 weeks. Postal carriers can experience delays. If the package is confiscated you will likely be sent a letter by your local customs.
I did not receive my package, but according to tracking it has been delivered.
It is possible that your package was received by someone else, by way of postal carrier error or another reason. Check if your neighbor, a front desk, receptionist, mail room, doorman, or colleague received the package. We recommend waiting 1-2 weeks for the package to turn up, usually, a neighbor or colleague has it. If it never turns up, please contact us and we’ll see how we may be able to assist.
Does Alphalabs offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on US orders over $150 and international orders over $300.
What courier service do you offer?
We currently use USPS.
Does Alphalabs ship overnight?
Unfortunately, we cannot.
Do I need to sign for my package?
Packages shipped by USPS do not require a signature.
Does Alphalabs ship to P.O. boxes?
Yes, we do ship to P.O. boxes.
Does Alphalabs ship to military addresses (APO/FPO)?
Yes, we do. Make sure to double check the address is in the correct format.
Can I get a reshipment if my product was damaged during shipment?
Yes. For Alphalabs to reship your product, photographic evidence of the damaged product is required. We RESHIP ONE TIME ONLY.
