Are the products sold here for human use?
Our products are sold only as laboratory, research, and analytical reference material. Human use is strictly prohibited by our Terms & Conditions.
What is the shelf life of peptides?
Non-constituted peptides have a shelf life of 2-3 years at standard refrigeration temperatures, and slightly longer at standard freezer temperatures. Once reconstituted and stored at standard refrigerated temperatures, peptides vary in their shelf life depending on the size and complexity of the molecule. Longer amino acid chain peptides are often less stable and therefore breakdown faster than shorter amino acid chain peptides.
How should I store my product?
By purchasing from Alpha Labs, customers acknowledge that they are qualified researchers who are purchasing these products in agreement with our Terms and Conditions. Thus, it is assumed that customers know how to store these products. Non-constituted peptides (they way we ship our peptides) should be stored at standard refrigerator or freezer temperatures. Once reconstituted, peptides should be stored at standard refrigeration temperatures.
How is your product quality verified?
All of our products are made in the USA and rigorously tested by trusted third party laboratories.
Can I buy peptides or buy sarms in my country?
We ship to most countries. Customers are responsible for knowing all relevant laws and regulations in their specific location.
PAYMENT QUESTIONS
What payment methods do you accept?
USA customers can buy peptides with a credit or debit card, or cryptocurrency (BTC or USDC). International customers can buy peptides with cryptocurrency (BTC or USDC). Cryptocurrency can be purchased using a debit card.
What are currency prices denominated in?
All prices on our website are shown in USD.
My purchase has been declined and I know my card is good. What am I doing wrong?
The billing zip code and address must match what is on file with your card issuer. If your card is still declined, please contact your card issuer for assistance. Sometimes it is as simple as asking them to remove the block on the transaction.
What happens when the timer runs out on a crypto payment?
Our cryptocurrency processor automatically captures the payment if it arrives within 2-3 hours. Our system will automatically set an order status to canceled after 30 minutes. However, once the payment is captured, the order status will automatically change to processing (payment received).
I placed an order and have not received an email confirmation.
Please check your spam/junk folder. Emails will occasionally go to your spam/junk folder because they are automatically sent. If you cannot locate the confirmation, please contact us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Can I add a discount coupon after my order is placed?
Unfortunately, no. The discount coupon can be used on a subsequent order. Be sure to sign-up for our newsletter to never miss out on any promotions, sales, or discounts.

Do you have a refund and return policy?
Due to the nature of our products being laboratory and analytical reference materials, all sales are final. Under specific circumstances, we may accept refunds and/or returns. Please contact us for assistance.
I didn’t receive an order confirmation e-mail. Did you get my order?
Please check spam/junk folders and if you find our automated order confirmation or other emails there, be sure to mark them as not spam/junk. If you still have questions or concerns, please contact us for assistance.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed and paid for, it cannot be modified.
How can I track my order’s progress?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive tracking details for your package. Orders generally ship within 1-2 business days.
The package I received wasn’t my correct order.
Please contact us and once your claim is verified via photo evidence, we will ship the correct item(s).
How can I stay updated with discount coupon codes?
Be sure to sign up for our newsletter to gain access to all of our sales, discounts, and promotions.
SHIPPING QUESTIONS
How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
Once an order is placed and processed (payment is received), it will ship within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update. If a product is out of stock or back-ordered causing a delay, an email when the order is shipped. Estimated time of arrival for orders shipped within the USA is 3-7 business days depending on the shipping speed selected during checkout. International shipping varies. Please note that once your order has shipped from our facility, we have no control over any type of carrier delays, so we are unable to guarantee the exact time of arrival.
Do you offer free shipping?
At this time we do not. Due to the rising costs of shipping, we cannot offer free shipping, but we do pass through the most affordable rates that we can uniquely qualify for as a high volume shipper.
I did not receive my package and tracking has stopped.
Postal carriers can experience delays. Please contact USPS and reference your tracking number for assistance. If an international package is confiscated you will likely be sent a letter by your local customs with guidance on how to claim your package if your local customs authorities will allow.
My package is held at customs, does that mean my package has been confiscated?
Customs often has processing times. It can take a few days to a few weeks in some instances for customs to release a package. This is outside of our control. If the package wasn’t cleared at customs, you will receive a letter.
Can I get a reshipment if my product was damaged during shipment?
Yes. For us to reship your product, photographic evidence of the damaged product is required. We will then evaluate your claim.
Do I need to sign for my package?
Packages shipped by USPS to a USA address do not require a signature. Carrier signature requirements for international packages may vary.
Does Alpha Labs ship to P.O. boxes?
Yes, we do ship to P.O. boxes.
I did not receive my package, but according to tracking it has been delivered.
It is possible that your package was received by someone else, by way of postal carrier error or another reason. Check if your neighbor, a front desk, receptionist, mail room, doorman, or colleague received the package. We recommend waiting for the package to turn up. Usually, a neighbor or colleague has it. If it never turns up, please contact USPS and reference your tracking number for assistance.
What happens if my package is confiscated by customs?
Customers are required to know the laws, regulations, and restrictions of their location. All sales are final, however under special circumstances we may agree to reship for a shipping and handling fee.
What carrier service do you offer?
We currently use USPS.
Can you ship overnight?
Unfortunately, we cannot.
Do you ship to military addresses (APO/FPO)?
Yes, we do. Please make sure to the address in the correct format.
